Service Description

The package includes 4 prenatal wellness sessions focusing on getting your body ready for labor and delivery. We will focus on birthing and laboring positions, breathing techniques, pelvic floor stretching and relaxation techniques. management of pain during pregnancy and individualized exercises plans based on your needs. This package also includes a Pelvic Physical Therapy Evaluation for you postpartum to help restore your core and pelvic floor muscles, reduce the risk of scarring and adhesions and prolapse and to quickly treat any underlying impairments before they can lead to any dysfunction. It is recommend to schedule your postpartum exam within the first 3 months postpartum.
